Located atop Address Sky View Hotel, Sky Views from Emaar is three adrenaline-fueled experiences rolled into one, such as Observatory, Sky Slide and Sky Edge Walk. Your standard Sky View Dubai ticket offers access to the Observatory (featuring the most irresistible views over Dubai) and the Sky Slide, which swiftly zips you down through a fully transparent glass tube from the 53rd level to the 52nd level, guaranteeing you the most surreal views of the surroundings.

Get Epic Panoramas over Dubai 
Be ready to observe Dubai’s cityscape from a brand-new lookout point as you whizz up to the 52nd level of Address Sky View Hotel aboard a glass elevator. Walk around and then climb the spiral stairway to the 53rd level which feasts you with the most compelling views over Sheikh Zayed Road, Downtown Dubai, and Burj Khalifa.

At an altitude of 219.5 meters, the main highlight of the two-level Observatory is a 25-meter-long glass walk that connects the towers of this twin hotel. Go Down the First-of-its-Kind Glass Sky Slide 
Feel the fun and rush of the lifetime as you make your way down from 53rd level to the 52nd level with the super exhilarating Glass Sky Slide ride. Yes, don’t expect it be your ordinary park slide! This breathtaking slide adventure at Sky Views Dubai is the first of its kind in the whole of the Middle East.

Built entirely using the quadruple-laminated glass, the Sky Slide is fully transparent yet highly durable. This lets you see Dubai like never before on a safe, unimpeded and floor-to-floor ride experience. Apart from this, you can test your nerve with Edge Walk; it lets you experience the region’s highest and first circular hands-free walk on a ledge (for extra charge.)

• For sky views observatory, children above 3 years of age are allowed, the ticket price remains same.
• Age criteria : Guests aged between 12 to 65 years are eligible for the glass slide and edge walk
• Minors between 12 to 18 years of age require the consent of their parent/ guardian in person. Kids aged below 12 years are NOT allowed for edge walk and glass slide
• Weight criteria : Guests weighing from 30 to 150 kgs will be allowed for the glass slide and edge walk.
• Height criteria : Guests with height ranging from 120 cm to 200 cm will be allowed  for the glass slide and edge walk.
• You are required to wear modest and comfortable clothing (no loose dresses, skirts, flip flops, loose footwear, or long and loose scarves).
• Please notify the Sky Views staff of any disability, intellectual or physical, that would prevent you from completing the physical and mental tasks throughout the experience.
• Please notify the Sky Views staff of any pre-existing health conditions, including any physical limitations or medical conditions including but not limited to; neck weakness, back weakness, broken bones, heart conditions, nervous disorders, motion sickness, epilepsy, or if pregnant.
• Off peak hours: 10:30 am to 3 pm and 7 pm to 9 pm | Peak hours: 4 pm to 6:30 pm
